The following assets are part of the Pant Fit Guide redesign I concepted and designed. The new Fit Guide sat on top of the pants and jeans category pages to explain the array of the various pant fits available. The decision to put them at the top of the category pages (vs. on their own landing page) was made to increase visibility to customers. Both the Missy and Women size ranges needed their own fit guides to represent their different fits in relation to the different body types. The designs feature simple functionality specifically targeted towards the user demographic of non-tech savvy users. The improvements made on the new Pant Fit Guide seemed to provide the user with a more enjoyable experience which was proven by two metrics. Sales driven by those who used the Fit Guide increased by 9.7% in the four weeks after it's launch, vs. the four weeks before launch when the previous version of the Fit Guide was in place. Additionally, the Exit Rate (i.e. those leaving the website from the Fit Guide) decreased by 42% (from 13.8% of visitors prior to the new Fit Guide, to 8.0% after the new Fit Guide launched).
